Preparation

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper. 

Step 2

Remove the outer stems of the red cabbage and cut the cabbage in half and then each of those pieces in half again. Thinly slice the cabbage.

Step 3

Toss the thinly sliced cabbage into the dresssing and serve chilled.

Ingredients

1 Small Head of Red Cabbage

2 tbsp. of Yogurt

2 Garlic Cloves Minced

Juice of 1 Lemon

1 tsp. of Sea Salt

1 tsp. of Black Pepper

 

 

 


Tips and Tricks

Tip #1

You can add a variety of vegetables including shredded carrots and celery. Even thinly sliced apples will add a sweet element

 

Tip #2

Adding a variety of fresh herbs will elevate this salad, try adding parsley, mint, or taragon.
