PREPARATION

Step 1

In a blender add the yogurt, water, ice and salt. Blend until light and frothy. 

Step 2

Serve immediately in chilled glasses.

Ingredients

2 Cups Whole Milk Yogurt

1 Cup Chilled Still or Sparkling Water

1/2 Cup of Ice

1 tsp. Sea Salt

Tip #1

 Using sparkling water will make this drink even more refreshing and creates an even more unique drinking experience.

Tip #2

Alternatively, you can garnish each glass with a sprinkle of crushed dried mint leaves for some added flavor.
